How to wear contact lens:
1. Wash hands
2. Put lens on the right second linger.
3. Pull the upper eyelid with left finger in order to make eye wide open.
4. Place lens softly on pupil, pulling lower eyelid downward by the right third finger.
5. Close eye softly after getting lens off your hand.

How to take off lens:
1. wash hands
2. Make your eye wide oen and pull lower eyelid by the left middle finger.
3. Seize lens softly by the right thumb and second finger and take off.

Precautions:
1. Apply your makeup after wearing your lenses and remove always your eye makeup after removing lenses.
2. In order to avoid eye infection, you should avoid handling your contact lenses excessively before wearing them. If you fail to wear to wear your contact lenses at the first fitting, wet and clean your contact lens with few drops of solution, before trying to wear them again.
3. While wearing contact lenses avoid always having your eyes exposed to lotions, hair spray, hair dryers, or deodorants, such items could damage your contact lenses and may cause problems to your eyes.
4. Always avoid wearing your contact lenses in the presence with environmental fumes, excessive smoke dust or vapors and in severe windy conditions. Avoid to wear your contact lenses in presence of chemicals paint thinner, household cleaning substances, unusually polluted air, intense hear, ir any other unusual critic atmospheric conditions.
5. In case of discomfort or irritation or stinging remove contact lenses immediately. Inspect, Rinse and disinfect them thoroughly before wearing them again. If the problem presists, remove your contact lenses immediately and consult your eye practitioner.
