Return Policy

Vital Make Up's return policy ensures your satisfaction. We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for unused, unopened products in original packaging. Items must be in resalable condition. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics cannot be returned. Contact our customer service team for return authorization before sending items back.
